For those that switched PED use from moderate/heavy (1000mg total AAS or more per week) use to trt/hrt 250mg per week, how long til you and others noticed size difference in your physique?

For the pros it seems to happen quickly but obviously they're much bigger and using alot more than most users.

Irish youre getting to the age where high dose gear acts like poison, it happens to all of us. Ive tried to comeback taking high dose after long layoff and I couldn't tolerate it. Constant nose bleeds, sleep issues, GI issues, injuries and constant inflammation, high hematocrit etc..
Now ive come to accept I can still be muscular and look impressive with shirt off, just wont be the monster in the gym anymore.
Low dose TRT, legit TRT 100mg/week to clean up your health, heal the organs, fix thr lipid issue, and consider getting your internal fitness stronger, so HIIT cardio 2x week, still weight train heavy but correct the strength imbalances, mobility, and get lean and get insulin sensitive.
Yes your blood androgen is not in 3000's, but you can still make lean gains using insulin sensitivity as your weapon.
Perma bulking eating everything while on high dose gear worked for awhile but now you gotta be careful about becoming diabetic if you aren't already.
Productive workout that's heavy for you now, not what you used to push, that you can maintain into your late 50s and 60s, while staying lean, sleep better, remaining extremely muacular looking into late 50s and 60s can be done, but you gotta let go of the past and adjust.
Yeah it sucked for a while getting less massive and constantly getting hurt while pursuing but it gets better after awhile. Having great cardio and having less worries about health it really frees you.
