I hate people who just literally lie about their supposed cycles and how much they eat and have gained. I think it was stout who posted that thread about how people who say they eat 5000 cals a day are just full of shit, here is a perfect example if you ask me. Maybe Im letting peoples lies get to me a little too much but, Im lookin for like, INSPIRATION or something and all I find (not here) is these people who just post BS and clutter a place up. Sorry for the rant but, if you care, heres the link

what is your opinion? 23 pound gain?

no bro. look at the guys pics in the link. I know that is possible but, you tell em what you think............

anyone who replied "great gains" or "yea you can see the difference" probly buys cell-tech too, lol.

well he is a tad redder:) and looks more ripped, but 23lbs haha
I agree totally. I'll be anything those pictures were taken while he was on. Sure your going to see a difference, but no were near 25lbs on that one..

I didn't even look too hard at the pics, because I know how hard it is to tell from looking at pics alone how much someone weighs, however if you look at the gains that he says he made on the lifts in 10 weeks, I call major BS. to go from 250lb bench to 320lb in 10 weeks is insane. that's an increase of about 30%. that would be like me going from my current bench press of 515 to 670lbs in 10 weeks. Sorry, but my tendons wouldn't even be able to handle that drastic of a change in that short an amount of time.

Also he said he was straight bar shrugging 500+lbs, sorry agian, but I'd like to see a 200lb guy even be able to hold onto the bar with 500lbs on it.

Gains are negotiable, but the increases he states in his lifts are just rediculous.

Lots of guys lie about their real stats. They can post anything they want, you don't see if it's true or not. It's a bit pathetic but it happens a lot on some boards.

Well first let me say that guy didn't make the gains he claims. However, I put my friend on a russian bench program and his bench went from 200 to 230 in 4weeks. He has been training for 1.5years also so it wasn't newb gains. Come to find out he responds very well to high volume bench programs. O and his incline also went up 35lbs

Also I think ur exaggerating some or maybe I just lift with strong ppl b/c I lift with 3guys all juniors, 2 of who have DL over 500 who weigh in the 140's the other 198. Hell I just went to WABDL worlds not to long ago and saw a 165lber DL like 625-650 and he looked like he couldn't DL 315.

Also Tom i'm not picking on you but it is possible for somebody that size to lift those types of weight. Wait a second I had trouble doing 500lb power shrugs today hmmm. So I really don't believe his shrug claim
