I had my cheat meal for the week..

and I feel like a fat ass. I ate a shit load of fried fish and some pizza(from our local fish fry). Then came the girl scout cookies i've been dying for all week. I ate about 10 of the PB ones. The thing is now I feel guilty as shit, but I believe doesn't having a cheat day or meal now and then help boost your metabolism

yea its good 4 ya....+ its good 4 the mind 2 haha

i just ate a large pizza & moz sticks....so im good 4 a few days ha :BP:
 
good deal g4e I am pretty much following the diet that you laid out a few weeks ago. I just actually add 2meals to it a day b/c I don't take in as many nutrients as you do at a time and things seem to be going well. I still need to be taking in more fats though b/c I don't have any flax oil just been supplements with some EFA pills
 
you can sub olive oil for flax if you must, that's what i do at times...
 
or canola oil or pumpkin oil is good as well, I get that from Kent nutrition, taste way better than flax
