He still looks great even at 200 lbs.

Legs look awesome for sure. He says once he turned pro, his AAS cycles were around 3600mg ew of injectables, not counting the orals. Then the slin and GH. Yeah, I believe I coulda been a monsta on that right there. :D
 
The whole California BBer life style seems to fit with that of drug addiction, constant escalation and daring until ultimate endpoint whether it be, death, acceptance and recovery, or by shear luck escape unscathed.
 
Yeah his legs still look awesome. Good on mike to make that decision to come out and go for health and doing it the natural way. Good on him

He also said it escalates over time. You don't just start there. You just get sides and shitty. That 4 gram a week stuff results from tolerances over time. After a while a gram a week feels like off. By the time he turned pro he was barely going off. He said his BP was something like 210/120. I wonder how he felt during all that.

Jesus, I cant imagine the potential gains and not to mention the food intake. Realistically how many calories would you have to take in to substantiate that kind of supplementation?

I read an article by Chad talking about the dietary changes he made for Ronnie when he made that crazy transformation between 2002 & 2003. He said much of the year he had Ron taking in as much as 2500g carbs & 500g protein per day. That's 12,000 cals per day, not to mention the fats. Keep in mind, these guys are taking in a shitload of GH which helps alot staying relatively lean while doing this. Yet I have also read Yates' article about his offseason diet, and it only looked to be around 6000 cals ed or so. Obviously it varies. Keep in mind there is not some linear formula to figure out how many cals for x-amount of gear. Too many variables are there, ie, size, metabolism, activity, drugs, dosages, etc. But you can bet your ass that most of these guys at that level are taking in a shitload of cals to leave nothing to chance and get them gainz.
