I'm Getting Old

My oldest son turned 30 yesterdayparty:. I think it hit me harder than it has him so far:mox:.
I'm feeling really old today.
But hey, at least I look good!:ikini: Well, not that good, I've never been pretty to look at, but in better shape than all the young guys at my gym.
 
Congrats brother, I hope to just be alive still by time my 7mo old son reaches 30 years of age.

Oh....hell yea you are fine, you know that you and Liftsiron have always looked sexy together.

I'm with lifts... I've abused my legs/knees so much when I was younger that now they let me know my age..

as far as Family.. My daughter started going to college half day and half day at high school.. so it's just a matter of time before she leaves the nest.. Kind of makes you both feel old and sad

It is sad. But if you've done your job well they will go and it will open a door to new and great things.
 
I loved seeing mine go. I cried when the oldest moved back in.
 
I have so many issues from training so long, now my right hip has been giving me issues and its week to lift my leg. Besides bad knees, a bad ankle, tendonitis in both hands and plantars facuitius in both feet, I am officially banged up,lol...
 
Its ok Buff ,,,The gym will install Wheel chair ramps for you and maybe if your lucky they can put bands on the legs of your walker and you will be able to push against for resistance....lol.....
and im certain your in better shape and I know your stronger than all the rest of us cats .
 
LOL! I was actually hoping for one of those little Jazzy scooters you see on TV. I could pull the weights behind it getting them to the bench and bar. I hate taking weights off and having to put them away after you've worked your butt off and can barely breath.
Where's my scooter?! Some nice pipes running up the side, just fpr looks since they are electric. I can see it now.
