Ok, so I am just posting away etc and suddenly I hear voices screaming outside. A little boy feel out of an apartment window from the second floor! This child is around 4 years old. The mother has issues with being an attentive parent to say the least. I was totally shocked! I can't believe she wasnt around. The apartment was just a friends that the kids run in and out of...[SARCASM]always a safe thing.[/SARCASM] Anyway, she has already had human services up her ass about things...this cant help. I hope this will be a wake up call before one of her kids ends up dead.
