okay, i'm 6 foot tall. At work i weigh 192lbs. I dont know how much body fat i have. Something round 13-16. I'm guessing. But thats cuz i havent been able to go to the gym for like 2 months cuz of a hernia. With that formula thing it says i should weight 171 lbs, cut. Which i think is really light for me. I should cut at like 180ish. But i've got a diet i'm figuring up with the pro/carb and pro/fat setup. I'm just not sure how many calories i should take in, to cut. I'm also trying to cut right now, then i'm going to bulk. I'm going in 6 week cycles. Is that too short of a time period?? Should i go 8 weeks each??? But i'm a hard gainer and i'm just trying to figure out what i have to do to get my body fat below 10, closer to 6 is my goal. But i'm also tryin to gain weight, in a different cycle. I'm just trying to look fit, with a 6 pack, while getting bigger. Well thats my story.....soooo. Thanks for the help.
