I push myself to the limit on each set bro.....also a big part in developing it was going from barbells to dumbells......heavy sets......
 
I actually switched to dumbells when I was at school, but when I came home I went to using machines and the smith machine more. Our dumbells only go up to 100lbs at home, but at school I can use up to 130lbs (I don't use the 130's, yet). Now with the torn rotator cuff, I really can't do any chest exercises. Once I get this taken care of, I am going to balloon up! I've only worked out about 5 times this month because of the injury, so my body has been getting lots of rest.
