don't know the time span between these pics.. but once she was convinced that weights were the way to go..changes were coming fast.

she and i both do intermittent fasting.. and as little cardio as possible

she told me she has struggled with fat since her early teens... but once she got the weights and strength up ...her metabolism was much faster and she rarely has to worry about cutting cals at all...
