250 mg TEst E + 250 mg EQ

30-50 minute morning fasted cardio at 144 bpm or so
and 30- 50 minute night cardio at 144 bpm.
Regular weight training .

I jacked this diet from sagikalevs website.

I cant open that diet, my computer wont let me... whats your cycle experience??? its all in the diet bro but you know that.

I wouldnt recomend cardio on an empty stomach, its too catabolic IMO. youre sarcrificing too much muscle.

have you tried using ECA?

How many total calories? Weight in pounds x 10 = daily calorie
allowance will rip up 99.9% of the population. Protein high, carbs low to moderate, fats low.

1680 calories. (240 grams of protein, 180 grams carbs) fats here and there in omega 3 capsules.

Current weight 178

So you think it will work right?? I am highly motivated this time and want to stick to a diet to see a good body for once in my life time.

Where is the edit button!! daammit. I am not looking to come out as a monster bodybuilder on the other side of the diet but I just want to be more muscular then average and very lean.

I would suggest that you start at 1780 calories ed, As you lose weight adjust your daily calorie intake.
