Need Help!!

My stats:

5'4 170 llbs. 14% BF. I would like to compete one of these days actually this year. I'm trying to maintain my Lean Body Mass, and really cut down on my Body Fat...or maybe i'm wrong what do the Vets recommend with my body and where its at????

These guys i talk to that run shows around town say that if i wana compete i should get around 150 llbs.

I havent been 150 since High School but if i get to 150 nowadays i think i be shredded.


My diet is clean. Lately (last two weeks and so on) been doing 5-6 meals daily.

Basic Layout:
1. Lean protein (Ground meat turkey), 6 egg whites. 1/2 cup oats dry, mixed with fat free yogurt and some raisins sometimes banana.

2. Protein shake (2 scoops whey) 16 oz water. Lean protein ( Ground meat turkey or another 4 egg whites)

Gym

3. Lean protein (ground meat turk or chicken), Veggies ( broccoli or a steam stir fry mix, no sauce).

4.PWO shake, (1-2 scoops Whey, ice, water maybe 4 oz of fat free milk, Scoop of PB, banana and 1/3 cup oats.)

5.Veggies again, Ground meat turkey , 4-6 egg whites.

6. Quick shake. (2 scoops whey and water).

Meals #4 and #6 depends if I have time, Thats usually when i get ready to go to work.

My diet before was clean prolly the only dif was with the amount of egg whites. I used to eat steaks and chicken a lot. I'm trying to "feed the muscle" I guess.

MY ex just did her first comp.. she placed 3rd in the fitness, so its motivating.

I've been talking about it for years NOW i want to get it done.

I've calculated my body fat as 23.8, and Lean Body Mass as 146.2.

So now whats after that?

As for training i've been hitting the gym 5-6 times a week. Sometimes twice a day. For example, If i do chest in the am i'll do dumb bells. Then pm is machines and light cardio.

My cardio has been close to 45 min to an hour a day split between Tredmil, Stairs, Bike and jump rope.

Havent been taking any major supps: Multi Vitamin, BCAA's before durring and after work out (liquid amino)... I've been trying out Purple Wraath. (Although i thnk the liquid amino is better)

Any advice is appreciated. LETS DO THISS
 
You maybe lifting to much and overtraining. Concentrate on a low carb, low fat diet and some cardio. Don't overkill with the weight training.
