WELL I WANT SOME IDEAS ON WHATS YOU GUYS FAVORITE NIGHT TIME MUNCHIES(NO NOT CHEETOS AND CHIPS, OR A SLICE OF COLD PIZZA THAT WAS LEFT IN THE FRIDGE FROM YOUR POKER GAME THE NIGHT BEFORE) SOME GOOD TASTING QUICKIE FOODS WHEN YOU HAVE THE CRAVING OF EATING SOMETHINGLATE AT NIGHT.

TRYING TO SEE IF MAYBE I CAN GET SOME OTHER GOOD IDEAS.

MINE IS SOME WHEAT CRACKERS WITH SOME TUNA I HAVE IN THE FRIDGE.. BUT THAT ONE GETS OLD SOMETIMES..

Anything. I normally eat a half pound of hershey's milk choc. I've done tht since my girl was pregnant. Sympathy munchies i guess. But they haven't left yet, i still crave choc and a big glass of milk strait out the freezer

i go to walmart and they have the hershy 1/2 lbers there for like a buck. I gotta do it. Actually right now I'm dining on some high quality chocolate but tonight it's symphony, not hersheys

yogurt is a good source of casine protien right before bed most have 7-10 grams of protien

peanut butter mmm and protein shake maybe a grilled chicken breast if I Im not lazy !

My last meal is usually right after weight training.. So it's usually a baked potato, chicken nd brussel sprouts. Yum.. :)

Other wise cottage cheese with cinnanmin and a packet of splenda. Or rice cakes with p.b. on it and some beef jerky. Even some strawberries with Cool Whip Free.. Or they make those packets of tuna called tuna creations, the Garlic and Herb is great, spread on some crackers... Ok can you tell I'm hungry?

so im guessing you work out at night cjas?

You are correct! :) I usually do cardio first thing in the morning, then a second, short session of 20 mins on my lunch break. After work I go to lift. Usually around 7pm. (tax time so I'm stuck at work)... So by the time I get done it's around 8:30-9pm and I don't want to eat too much because I pretty much go right to bed....

yea i figured..but its still good to fit that slow releasing(forgot the name of proteing)shake and/or small meal before sleep to get maximum protein and carbs during sleep so the least amount of muscle is wasted.(in which im sure you know of. im talking to you like you just started working out..lol)
