Does anyone else do this...
After I get done training my biceps and forearms, I will down 1 scoop of protein with a cup of water. I do this because I feel like it takes so long to train legs after my bis/FA that I should get in some protein for em to help recovery/growth. I dont get bloated or have problems with my leg training by doign this but, do you all think that I should do this to help my bis/FAs not go too long without protein after training them, even though my entire session isnt over? Will my bis/FAs be in a catabolic state after training them if I dont do so?
