man i dont mind one or two nasty dry meal a day but more than that I am getting too old for that shit lol.. I dont wanna be a bodybuilder no more, just a night bigger than average lean body.. gotta find variety.
jenny o lean onion flavored turkey burgers 35 g protein and 10 g fat i add two slices of fat free cheese (8g protein) and 4 g protein from bread.. not a bad meal but that 10 g fat is too much i try to not make that more than three meals.
