Quad shot while sitting on my recliner

I was watching football and I was like damn I should take a picture of my relaxed quad with my shitty camera phone, cause my wife's friend came in and said "Damn your legs are crazy looking even when you are just laying there".LOL I am white, yeah I know.:ugh:

That helps a lot, it buys you a week or so, but the pain.........although the laser hurts also.

THe pain isn't too bad, take some meds and a few drinks and I am good. Works good for the week long trips to Cabo, see..:D

Damn, if I was that skinny I would never take my shirt off. THere were some other guys about his size and then some young roider looking(all puffy) dudes but they couldn't hang with the old man..LOL

Yeah it depends what laser you use, the new one i use barely hurts at all and no topical is needed. But yeah i take my quad shots sitting on the couch too. That is the best way i feel

I bounce between 245-250. I have been this weight for about 6months now. Thanks for compliment. Yep, two major surgeries in a 2yr period and I keep bouncing back. Though, the weight I throw around in the gym isn't nearly as much as I use too, but we all get old I guess..LOL Well except Ronnie of course..:D
