Sinusitis (Sinus Infection)

most of the time when I get a sinus infection is also comes with a sore throat so what I usually do is use some nose spray. Which helps stop the drainage and lets my throat heal up, and by that time i'm actually over the cold, but then I have to get off the addiction of the nose spray which usually only takes like a day
 
yeah use it until you think the infection is gone. Then you just have to fight the stuffed nose from not being able to use the spray
