spasms

i been working out a little bit harder lately... the day after each body part i train i get crazy spasms... is that good or bad? am i overtraining?
 
it just happens sometimes..no real reason why. Try getting more potassium maybe?
 
Yup, potassium and water should help that out.....Happens to me every once in a while....Mostly in the bicep, forearm, or delts.....
 
Potassium is good but Magnesium is often the cause of cramping and spasms among weight trainers. I take four 250mg Mag tablets before each workout, about 10 cents a day.
