What do I need cardio for, I already do supersets with marshmellows, LOL. Seriously work up a sweat, though, so something is working right for this old Pheonix.

I need all the help I can get so do 20mins after each workout(3-day split) and usually get in another 30 minutes on one of the off days. I usually stick to a recumbent bike because it lets my back rest and I can enter my workout on my phone.
Besides, I don't need women looking at my ass.
