Started cutting

And I am already grumpy. Weighed in at 266, going to diet down to about 235 for spring and summer. Did cardio for the first time since sept, 20min I the stair stepper last night after my chest/tri workout and yep it sucked.. LOL
 
I hate the 1st session! Going to be posting up my meal plans later today. I'm losing fat without cardio at this point! Fuck cardio!
 
I haven't done cardio since the police stopped chasing me. Fuck it is right.
 
I've lost more weight recently because of the choice of supps and food!
 
I tend to stay clear away from the Cardio machines.......To many bad things are lurking in the cardio room .....
I have never really truely tried a Cutting diet ,I just know the little things to cut back on and my body so far has just done its thing and cleaned itself up ......
 
I need all the help I can get so do 20mins after each workout(3-day split) and usually get in another 30 minutes on one of the off days. I usually stick to a recumbent bike because it lets my back rest and I can enter my workout on my phone. :)

Besides, I don't need women looking at my ass. :D

What do I need cardio for, I already do supersets with marshmellows, LOL. Seriously work up a sweat, though, so something is working right for this old Pheonix.

Last year I dropped from 276 to 235 in about 14weeks
