Dumbell Skulls -- 30 x 10
Dumbell Bench -- 95 x 5 / 105 x 5
Laterals -- 15 x 10
Heavy Abs
In and out in or around an hour.....
*note* Biceps are about 90-95% right now. Still feels weird when I am barbell benching and in the hole at the bottom. Puts a weird feeling on them. Also on dumbell skulls, same feeling its odd. Its been alot better though, previous weeks I couldnt even do skulls, I had to stick to tri pushdowns on a macnine. Hopefully I will be 100% next week, but I am happy I am at least able to do the excercises pain free, just feels "weird".
