4 weeks ago I started dieting to get a bit lean. After 3 weeks of diet my sweat started to smell like ammonia and my sweat never smelled like this before.

I did a little research and found that blood acidity could cause this, but I'm not sure about that.

I've noticed this only happens when I workout.

Any ideas what's happening and how to counteract that ?

i remember i was taking this things which I dont remember the name of, it was a "natural" remedy for something

Anyhow, it made me smell like chilli peppers lol

This is also the leading cause of stomach ulcers and stomach cancer

NH3 is a natural by product of amino acid metabolism, everyone's sweat contains NH3 some more than others. If your sweat is giving off a strong it's a good indication that you are not keeping yourself hydrated enough, I would suggest that you increase water intake.

HPylori is correct diagnosis bro had it bad needed antibiotics to get it under control

A very common disorder in the USA, you are quite correct antibiotics and bismuth subsalicylate are used to treat it.

Lifts, the odor is very strong. As I said before, I never smelled like this even on a high protein diet, and to be honest, my protein intake is basically the same year round.

Here's what I'm gonna do :

- increase my water intake to 1 gallon and a half daily. Actually I'm drinking atleast 1 gallon of water on a daily basis.

- increase my antioxidants intake (vitamin C, vitamin E, multivitamin and green tea);

If none of these helps I'll go visit a doc.

There's a product called HP-Pak which is specifically designed for H.Pylori. It contains Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin, and Lansoprazole better known as Prevacid. Don't wait, get it done.
