Glad you made it. This guy works for VPX and his a heavy hitter in the health and fitness industry. I know he has alot of constraints BUT he knows his stuff. He does do contest prep as well for those that compete in bb'ing.

Hey fellas...thanks for the warm welcome! It is really nice to be here. I hope that I can contribute in some way to making this board even better than it appears to already be.
As mentioned before, yes I am the "inventor" of P/RR/S traning, and am the bearded bald guy in the VPX PUMP ads with the hammer. If anyone has any questions on VPX products or is interested in P/RR/S training, please feel free to ask me.
