it isnt enough apparently i just had the worst.. 15 minute cramp in my entire left leg.. jesus christ.. other then potassium and magnesium is there nothing else that can make this stop! typing is making my fore arm cramp..
 
Wow..im really impressed, great job..starting to look like a competitor now..you're more lean and more muscular that Rippedfreak ever be on tren or not ( sad but true..lol) yet feminine..give yourself round of applause..youve been going at it for awhile ,most MEN woulda quit by now they cant hang , there is always excuses but you kept knocking on that door and finally is opening up..again u look awesome and i love the hair..:D

I'd get off the lasix asap! Are you taking it for a comp or just because you can't wait the 7 days to lose that dnp water? Dangerous stuff.

thanks :) i think its coming along well.. i need about 3 inches on my quads.. i need lats and i need the back side of my tris.. im gonna focus on them this bulk for sure

i like the hair too hehe goes well with the tan lol

i dropped the clen thate.. it seems better today.. im going to be taking the lasix to control the water retention this bulk. i literally gained 15lbs of water on eq.. it fucked with my head and i almost ended by bulk early about 10 times.. the primo shouldnt add water but the prop certainly will so im sticking with 20mg ed of the lasix with more water intake and potassium/magnesium 3xs a day its a little better today with just the water increase and without the clen
 
how that im on a way lower dose and less compounds then most people on this board. my bulk is 100mg ew PRIMO and 25mg MWF of prop 20mg of lasix ed.. what do you guys bulk on? just sounds like more cause i actually talk about when im switching things cutting and bulking thats all

my doses are conservative for a REASON. i dont want the sides and im getting great results on these low dose cycles

75mg of prop is NOT going to do that sorry lol and there are very clear warnings... if i get hyper sensitive for more then 24 hours im cutting the prop and just sticking with the primo,.if my throat gets sore or scratchy.. i drop the prop frommy cycle and just stick with primo.. you dont just wake up and look/sound all fucked up.. your body tells you its going to happen and you either let it or not. that is why i picked the prop.. in fast but out fast too before the warning signs turn into sides

The quickest and most effective relief for muscle cramps is tonic water, and the quinine in about 4-6 oz will stop severe leg cramping and even a charley horse in just a few minutes.

i will definately keep that in mind. since i dropped the clen the cramping hasnt really been a big issue. wish i hadnt added it in the first place my legs are so sore from the cramps this weekend it feels like i had a really hard core leg day..

that would be the bright side of being female. i can get great gains off almost nothing hehe. i have 30ml of prop.. .it will last forever just about lol

the dnp and fat burners are fine if you dont go over board... im hating life without them already. i am SO tired without the eca now you have no idea but its just not good on a bulk .. damn, it LOL

and fat is an understatement lol i should have been in the circus lol
