Hey Brothers
I am having one hell of a cycle. I am up from 178 to 195. Cyp, prop and Var. The first part of the gain was high quality, but adding Deca in the last couple of weeks has got me holding some water. I am looking huge compared to just a few weeks ago. A bunch of my shirts no longer fit.
That is the good news. The bad news is this rapid size gain is making sleep a bitch. My arms and forearms are continually falling asleep at night. My shoulders actually feel like the are too big to sleep comfortable on my side.
Many years ago I got up to 220 and don't remember having this many night symptoms. I couldn't climb a flight of stairs but I my sleep was Ok.
Anyone else have this issue and if so is there a way to improve it? I am sleeping with a half dozen pillows jammed everywhere.
I should probably add that I am using igf lr3 and gh, in case that could be the cause.
