Last week was a rough one. We put a bid on a bigger house and it was accepted, so all last week I was moving stuff into storage, painting our place, resurfaced the driveway, finished the landscaping and cleaning out the garage. Man am I beat.
Yesterday some people came by and wanted a "walk through." I was like, "Get bent, go talk to the realtor, besides, the house isn't even on the market." Instead, I just said, "No!"
The woman was Russian. She said, "My leetle trotski need big yard vor all de sports!"
"Ahhh, yeah sure lady, lemme finish the driveway."
Tomorrow we get our first "official" visitor.
The new place is contingent on selling our 2 story townhouse. We are only 9/10's of a mile from a major pharmacuetical company, so even with the present market, interest should be high.
I'll keep you posted.
