We signed for the house!

Whoa, the 26th couple to see our house, and after 3 months, we finally got an offer in the ballpark and took it.
Last night, we signed for the house we had a contingent contract on.
Now all we have is the insoection of our house.
If the bidders really want out it can happen there.
Morgage already approved.
My fingers are crossed.
