I see some of my peeps from MMX are here. I was an Admin over at MMX til the paranoia of the board owner got the best of him lol. Now I will be a regular over here.

For those that dont know me, I am a 14 year veteren of training. I workout in a combo of powerlifting and bodybuilding. I am a know it all and a giant bore :) anyway hi

I think the mirrors just needed a break.... they were getting lots of work.
