For me it's the traps, I see guys do trap workouts all day and I never directly target them but they just get big as I grow. Also calf, it's just genetically big. I never do any calf muscle workouts while I see guys targeting it week by week with no noticeable results.

My hardest muscles groups to grow is probably my lower back and my legs. I'm a tall guy so that may be why. But as strong as they get I still have chopstick legs.

None without working out. But if you're talking about being genetically blessed with bdpts that come alive from working out, mine would be lats. Even when natty for a long time, my lats stood out.

You're lucky to have calves without even hitting them. They are truly that one bdpt that falls into the category of you either have them or you don't. Arnold was an exception.

Traps and calves. For years practically every gym I went into someone started doing shrugs which is funny because I built them with up to 24 sets of deadlifts 3-4 days a week back in the early 1980's. I never read how many reps/sets I was supposed to do. Used to do 12 sets up weight from 16-1 Rep, then down weight for 1-12 reps. When people did trap exercises around me I called it the "Trapezius Syndrome!"
