Im still bulking up and Im offseason at 261 lbs :ikini:

I think you look great dude. Full muscle bellies, good quad sweep, no weakness's - you better damn well kick some ass this year! :igok: How heavy do you plan on going up to and whats your target weight for the stage this year brutha? I forgot what show you plan on doing first - what is it?
 
Ty guys.. Well as most of you know, I tore my pec last year for the second time (4 months out )and then knees probs and kept me out for 5 months so 2012 was a disaster for me but i think i placed decent for not be able to train (13 out of 25).. i changed my training and training safer for sure.. I like to break my heaviest which was 264 but i cant for some reason....def im denser then when i was 264 2 years ago..My plan so far is to compete end of summer or beginning of autumn...
For state show, i want to move up to superheavy around 230 lbs then when national comes around, will suck down to Heavy weights.. will see how it works out
 
Yeah injuries take their toll for sure - propz for even competing last year under the circumstances. You look like a monster in this new pic. I notice you don't have your elbows pulled back so far like last years pic - makes your lats look much wider & longer. Remember that onstage. ;) Good luck bro! :igok:

Hmm great muscles.. I think you go gym regularly because as you have good muscles.. and also looking like used some supplements for getting them. Thanks for sharing the photo... but why you are trying to hide your face?

You r so welcome but I like to hide my face for many reasons, for safety, friends from gym, people I know!!! I'm paranoid in general.
None of my friends knows I'm on forums. I have been on boards 11 years now.
 
Monster biceps and great quad sweep. Looking great! What did you have to change safety-wise for the torn pec? (exercises, etc?)

no more barbell presses and no more training heavy.
half reps and i do dumbells and machine..
once in a blue moon, i do barvell but no more than 145 lbs and i stop like 5 inches off my chest

You improve with every set of pics. I agree with Willi...you appear to be IFBB pro condition or close anyway. Probably the most impressive physique on the boards... Bulking....how much more taper when you're contest ready? :D

TY BJ...... Im trying my best and this year is def diff from any other years.. Not carrying too much body fat.. I may take this year off and compete next year or compete end of this summer!!!
