Every day I see more and more emphasis on gluten-free products. Some people say they are good for people who cant handle gluten, others get in a diet craze and buy only gluten free products although they have not been diagnosed with a disease that requires a gluten free diet.
So. Is gluten bad? If it is not all bad, what are pros vs cons on consuming it? Comparing 2 diets with the SAME amount of daily calorie intake and similar workout regimen, would a gluten free diet work better than a non gluten free diet. Diet's are of course comparable as far as fat protein and carb amounts.
