Hey, i just wanted to introduce myself. I've been powerlifting for over a year or more. Now, my current goals are strength and size. I want a hybrid of bodybuilding size with powerlifter strength. Most of my powerlifts are done raw, except shirted bench which I hit 405 my second time ever in a bench shirt. However, I dont like lifting "assisted". I've yet to do a meet, yet i want to put on more size and strength before i think about competing. Anyway I hope to learn alot on this board. I frequently post at massmuscleinc. Thanks peace
