Gees Blown 20% ..Im 5-10 238 on my way down right now looking to get to 225 and im 12-13 BF.and on top of that im 41 going on 42..sssssooh and im no body builder .I just like lookin good, and tearin up the weights.The intimidation factor is nice too .Them young guns at the gym ,think they are the s@#$ until the old man pumps out 8 reps at 405.Bench press.!!!I know not the strongest dude on here .I just want to hit that beach and see those pantys get wet. :uh-huh:
