yep, another newbie :)

hello all. just thought i'd post up a little about me. spent 13 years working out, the last 7 being a slug. could never picture my life without working out but somehow, one day , i walked away. life got the best of me. :ggy: fast forward 7 years and i'm looking in the mirror and thinking "what happened?" i'm 5'7 and had fallen into the on the run mode of fast food eating every day. was 192 on the scale! probably in the area of 18% body fat. still had some shape but getting a gut too. for a few years i've contemplated returning to the gym only to be defeated by knowing the hard work and dedication it was going to take. (can't do anything easy ) and finally a few weeks ago took the plunge. man, all i can say is it feels hella great to be back. cleaned up my diet and dropped 8 lbs already! my goal is a few months, see how i feel and possibly hit some test for a first cycle. i know it's quite soon but i'm now 39 and a little mental/physical "push" would be nice. going to get my bf down to 10-12% before i do tho. going to see how i feel when the time comes. right now i get great pumps and just feel great. the fat is coming off and my strength is returning better than i hoped BUT it's like all new relationships, always fun and games in the beginning :)
