Hey guys, I'm new around here. I've been off of the forums and out of the scene for a few years, busy with life, and I haven't done any serious training since some catastrophic knee injuries a few years ago. As I'm on a quick downhill slide into 40, I'm no longer happy with the way I've let myself go.
All of the old boards I used to be a part of are long gone (Freakz Online, Muscle Morphism/Muscle Creation, etc), and I've lost touch with most all of the people I knew back then. I actually found this forum looking for a way to contact an old buddy of mine. I'm just looking to get my groove back (and my abs lol).
So here's a little info about me: I am a martial arts instructor. I teach Wing Tsun Kung Fu and JKD. I'm also a custom bladesmith. That, along with family life takes up the majority of my time. I also make music (actually went to college for audio engineering and own/operate a recording studio), and I'm signed as an artist, producer, and engineer under Bone thugs~n~harmony. The glitz and glam of tour life was nice over the last decade or so, but I've had to take a step back from that to concentrate on my family, and running my Kung Fu schools.
I'm on a mission to recreate myself, so here I am. Hopefully I'll make some new friends and find a new home here on this forum.
