What advice do you have for a person running their first cycle?

Just what you said, start with test and test only. Maybe even for a second 2nd as well. Now that I am older with 21 years of experience on AAS, I will say if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have started at such a young age and when I would jump on, I would have taken my time adding in compounds. Of course, back then there was "protocols" people were repeating from others and advising do this or do that. Today, I feel, we know more about it and I feel people are being more cautious and safer with it.
