Next week a long journey will begin as I plan on going on this cutting diet I have been planning for a long long time but never really did because I'm a lazy ass which is the reason why I gained weight over the years 
My concern is that I plan on adding fruits and veggies to this diet but I'm concerned of adding high sugar fruits such as pineapples,watermelons and mangos which I do like and would like to incorporate into this cutting diet.
Should I omit them or is there a way I can add them but still cut?
