Adding Fruit Like Pineapple To A Cutting Diet

Next week a long journey will begin as I plan on going on this cutting diet I have been planning for a long long time but never really did because I'm a lazy ass which is the reason why I gained weight over the years :mad:

My concern is that I plan on adding fruits and veggies to this diet but I'm concerned of adding high sugar fruits such as pineapples,watermelons and mangos which I do like and would like to incorporate into this cutting diet.

Should I omit them or is there a way I can add them but still cut?
 
You can add fruit just subtract them from from your daily carb allowment. Strawberries are a good and low calories.
 
Half of my meals have some kind of fruit with them. I usually add them to my protein shakes (fruit blended first).

I'll have a shake with 1 cup of blueberries with 2 scoops of whey isolate + 1 packet of splenda + 1/2 cup blended oats + 1T of PB or Almond Butter and water.

I'll have a second shake with 150-200 grams of frozen mango chunks blended and added to my protein shake like above.

A third shake will be one of the above if a non-w/o day, or 2 bananas if it's a training day (post-w/o drink), but I add milk instead of water.
