Been bulkin for a while now, been makin really good progress but the past week my appetites not as good as it was, i usually shoot for 8 meals, around 4000-5000 cals per day...
Usually ill just hit a few bowls and ill be good to pack in those meals at night, but is there any other ways of boostin up my appetite, any info would be appreciated
