Boostin Appetite

Been bulkin for a while now, been makin really good progress but the past week my appetites not as good as it was, i usually shoot for 8 meals, around 4000-5000 cals per day...

Usually ill just hit a few bowls and ill be good to pack in those meals at night, but is there any other ways of boostin up my appetite, any info would be appreciated

do some light cardio if youre bulking. cardio boots appetite.
 
hit B12. When I am bulking, I take 500mcg lozenges after every meal. Helps speed digestion and absorption. I do not bother with the injectable. Not much difference for me and I am not into to unnecessary stickin.
 
hit the elliptical a couple of times a week.... 20 minutes 3 times a week.
 
Are you 10% bodyfat or less? If not your just adding fat not muscle, remember, you can't flex fat.
 
i started out at a scrony 6ft 165 a while back, now im up to 190, still pretty lean..but the six pack has started to dissapear

ive never thought of the cardio for boostin appetite so ill throw a few light sessions in, thanks...need a change from weed which half the time leads to numerous bowls of captain crunch
 
b12 shots dont do anything for my appetite hehe wierd wonder why it does that to some and not others.

Weed can lower test levels, you don't want that. Try high protein milkshakes, and EQ boosts hunger big time in most peeps. Looks like your making good progress though...often just takes time.

pretty simple actually . IF you have a B12 defeciency you can feel the difference in energy and appetite when you take supplemental B12 . IF you allready have enough B12 you wont see much if any difference.
B12 shots or sublingual B12 are more effective than capsules/pills/etc. .
 
i take b12 cause i have have iron deficiancy anemia and b12 is good for that. i also get so deficant in b and k vitamines i start bruising for no reason. b12 stops all that shit thankfully

some say eq helps their appetite . to be truthfull the very idea of no appetite blows my mind lol . i can eat more than a 3rd world country just to keep the hunger pains down.
