mon 9/19

diet: changes...dropped 50g carbs...dropped a shake..traded the shake for chicken breast.
supps: same
gear: prop, tren, mast, primo, added proviron, upped GH, clen, t3, keto

training: chest, abs, cardio

chest:

pec deck: 3 sets x 15...140 lbs
incline db press: 90x12, 100x10, 115x9
flat db flye superset w/ cable xover: 3 sets to fail
70 lbs on flyes...and 30 lbs on xover.
inc. smith press: 185 x 10, 225 x 10
pullovers: 2 sets x 12 w/ 90 lbs.
numb

abs: 3 sets x 36 crunches

cardio: inc. treadmill 12% at 3.2 mph for 30min...

inc machine press: 3 x 12 w/ 150 lbs
dips: 2 x fail
cable xover: 3 x 15 w/ 30 lbs

yes believe it or not, I was much sharper and more vasuclar 2-3 days ago when I had my shitload...I should have taken pics then...oh well, next time.

buff, I've added about 15 lbs of solid muscle since last show...easily....

all that was spread out into 3 meals
 
cool, pizza makes me all flat because of the high sodium content. Give me some pancakes and I'm set lol..

Do you ever not "cheat" as bad further into your diet or do you always go that 'extreme' with the cheat day?

I've had 2 cheats so far in 7 weeks time....the first one was only 1 meal.

I'll just be playing it by ear...depending on my progress and conditioning...I will probably have at least 1 more shitload prior to the show....maybe 2.

extensions: 3 sets x 15 - 100 lbs
bb squats: 135x15, 275x12, 315x10, 365x10
press: 18 plates x 15, 22 plates x 15
smith squat: 315 x 10 superset w/ extensions 140 x 10 (2 supersets)

lying leg curls: 100x15, 140x12, 140x10
db stiffies: 60x10, 60x10
seated leg curls: 120 x 15, 120 x 15

slow walk on treadmill to cool down and loosen up a bit for 10 min

I'm taking my body to the edge now...puking and passing out are very close

5:30AM - calves, lower back, cardio

calves:

4 sets seated calf raise, 20 reps each
4 sets standing calf raise, 15-20 reps each

lower back:

4 sets hyperextensions, 20 reps each

Cardio:

30 min stair mill....level 5



6:30PM - abs, cardio

abs:

cable crunches: 3 sets x 20-30
knee ups: 2 sets x 15
decline crunches: 2 sets x 20 superset w/ decline leg lifts x 15

cardio:

inc. treadmill 12% at 3.2 mph
