Yeah I do some heavy pin presses, but I love the raw bench. By the end of the summer I want to be able to hit 405x5 paused no problem

I wasn't very strong or explosive today, but I still managed to get the 375x5. The funny thing is that the 4th rep was by far the strongest. My lower back was still sore from squatting wednesday so I had trouble getting my arch and staying tight. But if you ask me for being a weak day i'm still happy as fuck. I also got the 200x4 set on the weighted dips taped so i'll post that up later.
 
yes those are 100's if you have real doubt give me your email addy and i'll send u the vid of me taking a shot of them after I take them off the belt. I would post it up but I can't get the damn thing to load

Thanks G4E that means a lot bro. It's good to know their are still some good ppl out there that will trust your word. To bad they are rare breed

Had a great workout today I was pretty explosive with everything I did. I tried a new set up on bench. It's hard to describe but Anthony had a clip of a guy doing it before so I gave it a try. It's where you lay on the bench put your feet up on it, then you put your traps down - then your legs follow and you are already set up and ready to press. I could have prolly done more on the Flyes, but it's been awhile and flexibility was an issue so I didn't want to push it. Other than that everything was great
 
i'd also like to add i'm really starting to take in the green tea and some Acetyl-L-Carntine. This seems to give me a ton of energy and I know this feels weird but I feel leaner
 
I guess I better add this in here. I skipped squat day yesterday b/c I had to prepare for a 20min speech in one of my 300level classes it counted as my final so it was a pretty big deal. Only one more week hell yeah

Today was terrible day for my raw bench. My lift off guy was handing it off uneven so that through me off some, but what was worse was my form. I was bringing everything down way to high. I was touching nipple level no elbow tuck it was just sad. On top of that my right elbow and shoulder feels a tad tweaked. Might take off next week from bench I feel overtrained. When I come back i'll more than likely be doing singles.
 
We all have shitty day's in the gym. Your doing the right thing and adjusting to what you feel. A lot of people would just keep going at it hard. You'll be fine, I'm sure..

Thanks bro if i've learned anything it's that it's better to take it easy than to overtrain that is for sure

another low carb day today. I have only had like 30carbs the past 2days and after today i'll be up to around 45 and the thing is I don't feel to bad.

I will also be working up to a heavy single in the DL tomorrow. Then I plan on running this routine http://www.powerpage.net/coanphildead.html for the summer to give me dead a jump start. I have a feeling i'm going to be very sore this summer

Not a bad workout today. I have never pulled higher than 405 before so I was pretty pleased with the 475 but I tell you this is was a hell of a fight. I didn't hitch it but it was hard for sure. I felt that shit all the way to the top of my neck. Anyway 500 will come soon enough.
 
Had to take Friday off one for rest reason two b/c I had to move into my new place. Also my diet has sucked lately. So i'll prolly come back into it slow so I don't get depressed on how weak I am
 
you'll be fine bro, usually I come back way better mentally when taking time off..
 
Thanks man and i'm thinking my elbow and shoulder are prolly thanking me for taking it easy on them for a week.
