heya guys. i am having some issues with my delt seperation as well and really cleaning up the abs. i am about as low bf wise as is prolly remotely healthy for a woman and it seems these areas are really being left behind. any suggestions?

I wanna see your diet and cardio/training lay out.
 
for shoulders i do bb shrugs shoulder press, db laterals, db fronts, and either upright rows or face pulls. for abs i do unweighted crunches and oblique twists and planks ed and weighted declines 3 times a week. cardio is 40-1hr low intensity on the elliptical 1-2times ED

diet is low cal carb fat

and LOL@nudes ya right :)

my diet isnt the issue my bf is low i just need to know how to excentuate these areas more then they currently are since my current work out is not effective in this area....

Ripped abs = low(er) bf

There is nothing you can really do to make your abs stand out outside of lowering your bf more. It is not really like other muscles groups.

my bf is under 12% you can see them but they arent clean and my ribs are extremely visible... i know abs=low bf... point is my body fat IS low im thinking i got the shaft in the ab department

Nice, maybe switch up the ab routine to shock the muscles. Very slow concentrated contractions or even just long sustained contractions till exhaustion.

For the ribs, pull downs, front / back / close, any and all. Just really concentrate on pulling from your rib area as well as with the lats, not the arms.

ill try changing up the ab workout maybe some stick twists as for pulls uh ya lol i do the shit outta them my back work out is sick its just not helping and i dont know why

maybe wanna throw in some bent over bar rolls..love those....

or some incline bench pulls with dumb bells(lay on your stomach on an incline bench and pull up kinda like a reverse bench press

Sadie, you ever do planks? They are great for the abs/core...time under tension.
