Was just getting in to the groove. was on a perfect diet and training routine for a few weeks and bam, here comes mr cold/ flu saying whatsup bitch??

Feel shitty, but i was thinking about still hitting the body parts at mayybe 75% of usual weights, and increasing my carbs from 100 to 150 a day from some vitamin c enriched fruits.

To top it off, I am moving to a new town on wednesday and will be crashing in someones couch for the first couple days since my apartment dont open up till saturday. SO i am sure i will miss the diet for wed, thu adn friday.

BLEHHHHHHHH...
 
I have a raw PL meet Saturday. I have been puking, runny nose, coughing up brown crud, coughing, sneezing, etc. since Thursday last week. And I'm down from 280lbs +or- to 270lbs.
I feel your frustration there bro.
 
Don't be a bitch bro:D You'll get thru it bro. I've been on a diet for 11 weeks now and last week I got sick but pushed thru that shit. No excuses for me. I'm hoping I can be in the shape I want by week 16. I would kill for a f**king pizza and white macadamia nut cheese cake.

LOL.. yeh i m trying to refules with some powerade zero. will definitely hit up legs today. started some azithromycin too.

Hows the stuff treating you bro. Do you think its as stellar as i was saying it is. ? I thought it was the best brand of vitmains i had ever come across in my whole life.

Hell, just about every time I neared greatness my body came up with some ailment.
Had I given in I would never had achieved anything near what I have physically or mentally.
Push through it, and for crying out loud get a pizza and some cheesecake, just subtract the cals somewhere else.

Naw been with the same girl for almost 4 years. Even though she's fine as fuck, she's not the reason why I wanna be in great shape. After my surgeries, I just got fat.lol

You guys are going to think me a huge pussy, but, if you take some time today now it will pay off tomorrow. Your immune system is compromised, adding fuel to that fire is not a good plan. As for Azithromycin, if it is in fact influenza, Azithromycin won't do a damn thing.

You are right lol. but what happens when i get cold or anyone does, is your upper respiratory tract epitheleum cells are damaged, and it is easy for bacteria to colonize them. It takes longer to recover, without azithro (7-14 days ) as opposed to with (3-5 days). I know i know its really bad and no doctor would ever prescibe it lol and, i shouldnt have given the issue of resistance etc. etc. but i really need to be at or close to 100% in a few days. so i didnt want to "wait it out". Kid you not i am allready feeling better.
 
I tend to look at things from a battle perspective; if i have a contingent of four men and one of them falls ill, well now all of a sudden I have a contingent of two men, because it will take the man power of at least one man to pick up the slack of the other as well as carrying his/her own weight.

Everything we do in our daily routine is a type of war, hitting the weights is no exception, we're at war with ourselves. Running head on into a full compliment of men when you are but one is a recipe for disaster.

I just re-read this whole thing and it makes almost no sense to me. Good luck. ;-)

I just caught a nasal infection, and some body aches.....hurray! I have the immune system of an 80 year old woman.

With time i realized, what I really wanted, and although I would love to be huge and cut, i dont want to use gear illegaly or more than an HRT dose. I am not willing to risk my career and more importantly my health for an obsession that is completely stupid in my eyes. "to be as big as possible." I have severe body dysmporphia as most of us probably do, but i have accepted it and tell myself it is what it is dont let your mind control you negatively.

So I had to revamp, right now i am losing weight to get cut even if that means that i end up at 140 lbs. and then I will slow bulk lean to as much as i can without any PEDs.

I kinda want to jump in here, you really dont need juice to be this guy your talking about. It just takes lots of time with food, rest and training to get there. sure it will take way more time and you wont be as big and strong but you can easily attain what you had in the second pic naturally! Dont short change yourself!

Yeh bro! You read what I wrote right? Thts why I quit. Never going back, I mean sure I m tempted sometimes but now it's a hobby . Before I was obsessed like I would get sad if looked flat one day an jump right on. Now I just enjoy it, and take it where it takes me naturally (if u consider hrt naturally) I don't even wanna look like that second pic unless I am lean at that weight. I look chubby there

Its one of those things if your natural body type is lean and long then staying lean should be easy. Slowly build up your cals and workouts till you get your desired size. The thing is your gonna have to keep eating like that to hold that size. I just read an article recently where Jay Cutler cut back on his foods and he states he lost over 30 pounds and it was quick.

yeh i used to be 5'8 and 124 lbs so pretty skinny guy. luckily or unluckily however u see it, i am constantly around patients tht had strokes, hemodialysis, myocardial infarctions, etc etc. And seeing how disabling these things are it really scared teh crap out of me and opened my eyes to get my dysmorphia under control.

I mean to an extent i agree you should enjoy and live to the fullest, and you never know you might get hit by a car walking tomorrow, but I am sure not going to make it easy for "fate" to give me a short end of teh stick by taking drugs. nameen?
 
Ur tri's are huge man.

I think the shadow light make it look bigger than it is. But I am really good at pressing movements, so chest tris shoulders quads are easy for me.

Pulling movements, blow can never feel the muscle so bis, back, abs and hams are not at the same level
