Was just getting in to the groove. was on a perfect diet and training routine for a few weeks and bam, here comes mr cold/ flu saying whatsup bitch??
Feel shitty, but i was thinking about still hitting the body parts at mayybe 75% of usual weights, and increasing my carbs from 100 to 150 a day from some vitamin c enriched fruits.
To top it off, I am moving to a new town on wednesday and will be crashing in someones couch for the first couple days since my apartment dont open up till saturday. SO i am sure i will miss the diet for wed, thu adn friday.
