What do you guys do when you are getting really strict about not cheating on a diet and go somewhere for a day where you will not be able to eat right?
For example. I am going to 6 Flags this weekend and I can just about gaurentee there will not be anything on my diet in that park for me to eat at all... Although, I will be doing alot of walking but other than that the food is not healthy....
Do yall just skip the meals and eat later or is it better to go on and eat the shit and not screw up your metabolic cycle?
On a side note I cooked steak fajitas last night with wheat tortillas... off the chain... i sauteed the oninions, peppers, and meat in olive oil...it was soooooo good... the onions i sut really thin the melted kinda....
