I've been working midnights now for about a month. I have yet to get more than 8 hours of sleep. My bodies going nuts and definitely see the negetive results from it. I'm lost a shit load of weight, and pretty much feel like shit all the time. Not to mention i'm sick half the time lol. I know there are tons of Med's out there for this, but I dont' want to take anything my bodies going to get used to, and won't be able to sleep without, as I don't play on doing midnights forever (hope not). Any tips suggestions, let a brutha know thanks!
