I didnt really used to work out my legs but I just started working dem out.
Today i was squatting on a smith rack and I was going all the way down. Almost like I sat down on the ground and then was coming back up and I felt somethng snap in my hamstring.. seems like i pulled my hamstring. Is this a common injury. How long does it usually take to recover.. I always had real tight hamstring and didnt really warm up today before squatting
Also when i was lying in bed right now i could feel spasms in my lower back.. kinda felt like my nerve was being pinched. not too bad. they went away in a few minutes.
What do you experienced guys have to say to avoid injuries to legs?
I just want to start out proper.
You know for eg.. if u keep benching after a while u are guaranteed to get a elbow pain or a muscle pull somewhere, i dont want something like that to happen..
